What does your review process look like?

We ensure that every application for a digital badge goes through a stringent review process validating that the corresponding documentation is legitimate and accurate. This ensures that the individual has indeed accomplished the requirements of that badge.

What if I disagree with your assessment of my application?

We have a process that we follow to ensure that mistakes are not made. If you still feel that you should have been approved for the personal digital badge, then the appeals process can be started by sending an email to the address below.

What if I don't qualify the first time?

If you don't qualify for the Top10% personal digital badge on your first attempt, then you are eligible to continue to try as there is no time limit.
